www.ehf.gov.in Health Cards for AP Govt Employees-Pensioners

www.ehf.gov.in website launched for Health Cards. AP State Govt issuing Health Cards for Employees and Pensioners through Rajiv Aarogya sree Trust's www.ehf.gov.in website. Health Cards are useful for cashless payment in network hospitals. Employees need health card to access the scheme. In order to obtain the health card, employees have to enroll for the scheme by submitting an e-form through www.ehf.gov.in and have to follow the instructions there. They will receive a health card thereafter. The card enables the beneficiary to avail the scheme benefits from the list of Empanelled Hospitals, spread across the State. Employees Health Care Fund is established for this purpose and is run by Rajiv Aarogyasree Trust. This Trust will collect whole employees and pensioners data. AP Sub Treasury Department Employees are going to collect all these Employees, Pensioners and their family data. Employees and Pensioners need Aadhaar Card No. to access www.ehf.gov.in website. But Aadhar Cards are not yet received by many people. For this purpose Govt of AP will establish Aadhar Card Issuing Centers for Employees Enrollment at all District and Mandal level. G.O Ms.No.186, Dated 14.08.2012 was issued regarding this. www.ehf.gov.in website is designed both in English and Telugu. Employees Health Care Fund Scheme is started by Rajiv Aarogyasri Health Care Trust in lieu of the present medical reimbursement system under "˜The Andhra Pradesh Integrated medical Attendance Rules, 1972 (APIMA Rules, 1972)". The scheme will provide treatment in Network Hospitals for all the listed therapies.

 Who are Eligible: All regular State Government Employees, Provincialised Employees of local bodies, All service pensioners, All Family pensioners without dependents, Re-employed service pensioners.

The following will constitute the family.
  1. Parents (either adoptive or biological, but not both).
  2. One legally wedded wife and her dependent parents in case of a male employee/ service pensioner.
  3. Husband and his dependent parents in case of a female employee/ service pensioner.
  4. Wholly dependent legitimate children (including step children and adopted children).
Dependency will have the following meaning.
  1. In case of parents, those who are dependent on the employee for their livelihood.
  2. In case of unemployed daughters, those who are unmarried or widowed or divorced or deserted.
  3. Husband and his dependent parents in case of a female employee/ service pensioner.
  4. Wholly dependent legitimate children (including step children and adopted children).

ORDER:

In the G.O. 4th read above orders have been issued approving the ‘Employees Health Care Fund Scheme (EHF)’enlisting the salient features of the Scheme. It was also mentioned in the said G.O. that Government Orders on the Operational guidelines for concerned officers under the control of Director of Treasuries and Accounts (DTA), Pay and Accounts Officer (PAO), Secretary to Government Information Technology and
Communications department (Secretary IT&C), Commissioner Civil Supplies and Ex-Officio Secretary to Government (Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs), District Collectors and Heads of Departments (HoD) for enrollment of beneficiaries, and operation of the Scheme by the Chief Executive Officer, Aarogyasri Health Care Trust will be issued separately.


2.Government after careful examination, keeping in view the convenience of the beneficiaries under the scheme, the following orders are hereby issued.

Multipurpose Health Card Online Application for Pensioners

AP state Govt has started online applications for multipurpose health cards to employees and pensioners also. Like govt in service employees, pensioners also has to upload their photos and other information into the AP Treasury website. www.ehf.gov.in website also launched by Rajiv Aarogya Sri trust for this purpose.
